Shipping policy
All orders over 150€ are shipped free with standard service.
As a standard, we ship stock products usually within 48h from the purchase order.
If the product is not on stock or is not available to ship within this time window, we will contact you to let you know when the product will be available to ship, asking you for your confirmation of longer delivery time.
We use fully tracked shipping services and you will receive the tracking number when the product was shipped. To most destinations we UPS Standard or DPD Classic service. The delivery takes from 2 days to one week.
On some products we offer premium Express shipping service, and it is visible on the product page. If Express shipping selected we ship all orders received before 12 A.M. the same day. For orders received after 12 A.M. we ship next day. We use UPS Saver service to deliver and it takes 1-2 days.
If any shipping problem arise, please contact us a.s.a.p. to work together to a solution.
If you receive damaged parcel or packaging, check the product and if the product is damaged, refuse the parcel and return it to the shipping agent. If you are unsure about the product damage and the shipping carton is damaged, rather refuse the parcel, not risking the product damage due to transport. We will be happy to resend your product or refund the purchase.
