The Supra LoRad MD06DC-EU/SP mains block provides premium shielding, noise filtering, and protection from surges and harmful DC currents. Its advanced NIF (Non-Intrusive Filtering) and DC-blocker technology, developed in partnership with Ben Duncan Research (UK), reduce high-frequency interference from household devices, suppressing up to 40 dB of noise. This reduction prevents DC currents, caused by the increasing use of asymmetrically loaded devices, from compromising audio fidelity. The unit’s DC-blocker stabilizes the power supply, eliminating hum and heat in sensitive Hifi equipment for optimal sound quality.

Flexible Filtering Options: Designed for specialized setups, this model offers one unfiltered socket, ideal for amplifiers, while the remaining sockets are filtered to enhance overall noise reduction. Custom configurations are available to suit specific needs.

Designed with a robust aluminum chassis, the mains block also offers three-way surge protection, shielding connected equipment from high-voltage spikes. The aluminum housing not only adds durability and a sleek finish but also minimizes exposure to electrical and magnetic fields.

Important Installation Tips
For maximum filtering benefits, use the Supra LoRad mains cord with protective earth to enhance shielding. While the NIF and DC filters work without protective earth, optimal results require proper grounding to protect and maintain the silence of your Hifi equipment.

Warning: Never ground to water radiators or pipes. Doing so can pose severe electrical hazards in multi-unit buildings.
