Esotar 2i Tweeter with Hexis:
The 28 mm Esotar 2i soft-dome tweeter is an evolution of the legendary Esotar2. A larger rear chamber improves damping, while the Hexis inner dome – known from Dynaudio's Confidence and Core series – flattens the frequency response and suppresses unwanted resonances.

18 cm MSP Woofer:
The woofer uses Dynaudio's proprietary Magnesium Silicate Polymer (MSP) cone, driven by a lightweight aluminium voice-coil and a vented dual-ferrite magnet system. A redesigned aramid-fibre spider with ribs of varying width gives precise control over cone excursion.

Simplified Crossover:
The 2-way crossover drops the extra impedance-correction circuitry used in earlier models. A shorter, more direct signal path lets the music through with less interference.

Aluminium Baffle & Refined Cabinet:
The aluminium baffle is set into the cabinet with a chamfered edge that flows into the driver baskets, reducing high-frequency diffraction and providing a rigid foundation for better low-frequency performance at high volumes. Internal damping draws on lessons learned from the Evoke and Confidence series.
