The FeinTech SW411 is an HDMI 2.1 switch with four inputs and one output plus an integrated HDMI audio extractor. Connect up to four sources such as PS5, Xbox, Apple TV, a PC or a set-top box to one TV, monitor or projector, and send the sound to an AV receiver or soundbar via HDMI, optical Toslink or analogue AUX. TV sound from internal apps is supported too via HDMI eARC/ARC.

Four sources, one display

The SW411 lets you keep all your HDMI devices connected and switch between them with a button press or the supplied remote. With auto-switching it automatically selects the device you have just turned on. Note that some players, such as Apple TV or Shield TV, never fully switch off, so fully automatic switching may not work with them.

Flexible audio output

The built-in audio extractor outputs sound through three outputs. The HDMI audio output passes all common formats including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X to an AV receiver or soundbar with a standard HDMI input. The optical Toslink output carries stereo, Dolby Digital or DTS for older systems, and the AUX output provides analogue stereo. For simultaneous playback on all three outputs, set the audio format to PCM stereo. Important: soundbars that only have an HDMI ARC/eARC port (for example Sonos or Bose) cannot be used with the HDMI audio output – your sound system needs a standard HDMI input.

HDMI 2.1 picture for gaming and cinema

With 48 Gbps bandwidth the SW411 supports up to 8K 60Hz and 4K 240Hz, as well as VRR, ALLM, QMS, QFT and SBTM for smooth, low-latency gaming. HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision deliver excellent contrast and colours, and the switch remains backward compatible with older devices and resolutions.

eARC, CEC and audio EDID management

When the TV plays its own content, the SW411 automatically switches the audio to HDMI eARC/ARC and sends it to all audio outputs. HDMI-CEC lets you control the sound system volume with the TV remote, and the auto-power function turns the switch and sound system on and off together with the TV. An EDID switch lets you choose between 2.0, 5.1, 7.1 and PASS audio modes for the best format for your system.
